Our staff consists of four teachers and one assistant with experience in early childhood care.

Katie Batta
OwnerKatie bought The Learning Tree in August 2022. She did this to be closer to her family and to develop it into something she could be proud of. She worked for KinderCare Learning Centers as a Center Director for 7 years before buying The Learning Tree. Her and her husband have 5 children and own Bright Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu also here in Bright.

Jennifer
Infant TeacherJennifer has been with The Learning Tree for a couple years and is a favorite amongst the kids! They scream for her when she walks in. She enjoys playing right alongside of them as well as watching them learn and grow.

Loren
Toddler TeacherLoren is in school for Early Education. She loves working with the toddlers. Each toddler is at a different stage and it helps keep the job interesting and fun. Also loves how fast they learn and grow!

Lilianah
FloaterLilianah helps all of the building. She is great in every classroom. She loves that each day can be a little different and she gets to know every child in the building.

Cheyenne
FloaterCheyenne helps in the evenings after school and in the summer. The school agers love having her around to help! She is always good at coming up with crafts that they love!
